Orders are shipped Thursday-Saturday.

Please allow 2 to 3 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it.

 

Customers must report damage within 24-48hours of product delivery.

 

For damaged item(s), please include your order # and return damaged product to our PO Box 78 Union Lake, MI 48387

 

A photo of the damaged product in question must be submitted, and approved, before returning to LolaRose.
